If your debit card damaged or lost, you have a few options to get a replacement card:

 

  • Send us a secure message in this same Secure Message Center to request a new card.
    • Please state your mailing address in your request so that we can verify the new bankcard will be delivered to the correct address.
  • Call us!
    • Call 1.800.FULTON4 to speak with one of our customer service representatives; they will order you a new card.
