Debit cards are automatically reissued on the first day of the month prior to the current cards expiration date. For example if the card expires in July it will be mailed July 1st with standard seven business day shipping.
The reissued card is mailed to the address currently on file for your account. For security reasons, the card is mailed in a plain white envelope, without our bank name on it.
If you have changed address after receipt of your previous bankcard and have not updated that information it will cause an issue when mailing your new bankcard. In order to correct this please update your information with instructions found here. Please submit a ticket after the form has been completed so that we may order a new card if needed.
