Formal 2022 tax forms will be postmarked and mailed on 01/31/2023. If you do not receive the statement via mail by February 7, 2023, you can request a duplicate statement by calling our Customer Care Team at 1.800.385.8664, or by sending a secure message.
Additionally, documents for the current 2022 tax year have now been uploaded and you are able to access them by going to the Document Center -> 1099INT / 1098 Tax Notices.
We are aware that some customers are getting an error when attempting to access these documents, if you are subject to this error please send us a message and select "Document Request" from the dropdown for us to provide an electronic copy directly to you.
