Formal 2024 tax forms will be postmarked and mailed by 01/31/2025. If you do not receive the statement via mail by February 10, 2025, you can request a duplicate statement by calling our Customer Care Team at 1.800.385.8664, by sending a secure message, or by contacting us via live chat.
Additionally, documents for the 2024 tax year will be uploaded into online banking after 1/31. You are able to access them after this date by going to the Document Center -> 1099INT / 1098 Tax Notices.
