We are aware of an error some users are experiencing when attempting to access copies of tax statements via the document center in Online Banking.
We are working to correct this for as many users as possible, however due to the systems involved with the error some users may continue to receive this error in the document center in perpetuity.
If you are receiving this error please send us a secure message and select "Document Request" -> "Tax Document", please also mention that you are receiving this error in the description box. We will upload a copy of the tax document in reply to your message.
You may also call into our Direct Banking Center at 1-800-385-8664 to request a copy via mail or email. Our Direct Banking Center representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
