Recently we were made aware of some customers receiving a postcard notifying them of proposed settlement that resulted from a data breach last year at one of our vendors, Overby-Seawell Company.


These postcards were sent by a third party claims administrator to customers whos data may have been compromised as a result of the breach last year. Please keep in mind this data branch occurred at one of our vendors, and Fulton's systems were not compromised. If you did not receive notice of this incident last year, your accounts were not involved and your data remains secure


Please note that as we are a party to this lawsuit we cannot provide any guidance or advise as to whether or not customers should take any action from the postcard received.
